The terms on which this website may be used.
1. Acceptance
By using 4tadvisory.com you accept these terms, the Legal Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. These terms are not an engagement
Using this site, running a self-assessment tool, or exchanging messages with the Ask 4T assistant does not engage 4T Advisory, does not create an adviser and client relationship, and does not create any duty of care. Engagements are established only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, setting out scope, deliverables, fees and terms.
3. Permitted use
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own internal or professional purposes, provided you do not remove any attribution, disclaimer or copyright notice.
4. What you must not do
- Present the output of a self-assessment tool as an assessment, audit, certification or regulatory position of 4T Advisory.
- Use the Ask 4T assistant for any purpose other than asking about 4T Advisory and its areas of work, including using it as a general-purpose language model or attempting to make it produce content unrelated to this site.
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying services.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, except for search engine crawlers acting in accordance with our robots.txt.
- Reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site as your own material.
- Use the site or anything obtained from it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
5. Intellectual property
The content, structure, design, text and code of this site are owned by 4T Advisory or used under licence, except where stated. The 4T Advisory name, logo and marks are ours. The Montserrat typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Material reproduced on the Live Monitors pages belongs to the publisher that issued it and is shown with attribution and a link to the source. Nothing on this site transfers any right in that material.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any feature of it, at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Privacy
Our handling of information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Liability
The limitations in the Legal Disclaimer apply to these terms. Nothing here excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the version in force.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
